Event Details: Date: Sunday, November 8, 2026

Time: Be set up by 8:40am – Take down no later than 2:00pm.

Location: 999 Colorado St. Boulder City, NV 89005 – Bicentennial Park, Outdoor Venue.

Fee: Vendor Fee is $100 for a 10×10 foot space. No refunds. No stakes. Tents encouraged. Bring your own table and chairs.

Deadline: October 15th, 2026.

Agreement of Terms

I understand that submission of this form does not constitute approval as a vendor.- I understand that if I do not provide all necessary information and/or documents, my application may not be considered.- I understand that the rate per booth is $100. This fee is non-refundable.- I understand that I am committed to the timeframe of 9:00am to 2:00pm and will not pack up early, even if my booth is slow. If I do, I will incur a $100 fee. (Weather permitting)- I understand that no open flame is allowed at the event.- I understand that I am responsible for paying all taxes on sales made during the event and that I must file the appropriate tax forms with Clark County.- I understand that failure to communicate with the Woofstock Team indicates that I am no longer interested in being a vendor. - I agree that I will not share a booth with another vendor. All vendors must have own booth for licensing and tax purposes. - I agree that I will not use stakes to hold down my tent.- I understand that fees paid are non-refundable. I confirm that all information in this document is true to the best of my knowledge.
